Um CMTS tinha parado de funcionar, começou a cair bastante reclamações, o equipamento ficou inacessível da rede, não estava sendo possível reconhecia nem acesso por console, então retirei a processadora fisica do equipamento e inseri novamente,porem meu chefe não gostou disso, então expliquei para ele que nem o começo estava sendo possível acessar, apos a explicação ele concordou comigo.Em resultado disso, foi possível acabar com o impacto em menos de 20 minutos e restabelecer equipamento na rede e o console normalizou.
