Desde os primórdios da humanidade a arte esteve presente no ser humano, como as artes rupestres, a fabricação de armas e materiais artesanais, assim também a arte está presente nas mitologias como no mito da criação onde Deus criou o mundo e os seres humanos, em tempos e tempos o homem foi criando varias formas de artes e evoluindo o mundo através dela, casas e prédios começaram a se construídas, computadores foram inventados, objetos de varias formatos e tamanhos foram inventados, e muitas outras coisas foram aperfeiçoada desde a antiguidade. Mas a música, cinema, teatro, literatura, pintura, artesanato são as formas de arte mais bela que temos, elas sim são indispensáveis para o ser humano, pois ela dá um entendimento de mundo mais amplo, uma forma de expressar as emoções, a historia e cultura através de alguns valores estéticos, como beleza, harmonia e equilíbrio. Exemplo da musica que é capaz de nos fazer felizes quando estamos tristes, pode também distrair de certos problemas, o teatro pode nos fazer emocionar assim como a dança também que pode nos deixar mais livre. Essa é a importância da arte que faz nossas vidas mais produtivas e agradáveis, fazendo um ser humano melhor.
