Os produtores na aceção da subalíne

Os produtores na aceção da subalínea i) da alínea v) do n.º 1 do artigo 3.º, devem disponibilizar, a título gratuito, por iniciativa própria ou a pedido das entidades que efetuam a preparação para reutilização ou das instalações de tratamento e reciclagem, as necessárias informações sobre a preparação para reutilização e o tratamento em relação a cada novo tipo de EEE colocado no mercado.

Results (English) 1:

Producers in the aceção (i))) (v) of paragraph 1 of article 3, shall make available, free of charge, on its own initiative or at the request of the entities which effect the preparation for reuse or treatment and recycling facilities, the necessary information about the preparing for re-use and treatment in respect of each new type of EEE placed on the market.

Results (English) 2:

Producers within the meaning of point i) of paragraph v) of Article 3, paragraph 1 shall make available, free of charge, on its own initiative or at the request of the authorities that perform the preparation for reuse or treatment facilities and recycling, the necessary information about the preparation for reuse and treatment for each type of new EEE placed on the market.

Results (English) 3:

The producers within the meaning of paragraph (1), point (V) of Article 3 (1) shall make available, free of charge, on his own initiative or at the request of the entities that perform the preparation for reuse or recycling of treatment facilities and the necessary information on the preparation for reuse and treatment for each new the type of EEE placed on the market.
