Para atingir o objectivo foram analisados várias aspectos que podem motivar e desmotivar os colaboradores no contexto organizacional. As conclusões do estudo evidenciam que embora as empresas tenham diversas praticas de gestão de recursos humanos, os colaboradores ainda não estão totalmente satisfeitos com as práticas implementadas.
